    PPR! I got my passport request yesterday. Ecas still shows application received, there was no in progress status. I feel little guilty given there are so many of you still waiting that applied before me but I am very happy and getting ready to reunite with the family

    If you go personally to get your visa stamped at the Buffalo office then do you get your passport back the same day? If you mail your passport then how long does it typically take to get the passport back? Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Same thing happended to me....my address showed up again but no change in status of the application. Not sure what this means, probably just a glitch in the system.

    I know many of you also saw this with your application - the disappearing of the home address on ecas. Will my address ever show up again or the application will process without the address reappearing. I am just curious!!!

    Received an email from CIC today confirming that my application was received at Buffalo on June 13th, 2011. I also got the F number as well UCI number. I am assuming this is my AOR.

    Thread for December 2010 Applicants

    Did you guys pay the RPRF upfront before the sponsorship approval from Missiauga or after the sponsorship was approved. I was told that paying it afterwards add delay to the overall approval time.
