    I received my WP EXT immediately so I started working but I made sure to do it before my permit expires.

    I did not wait for the withdrawal decision and I applied my new PGWP after a few weeks. For reapplication, its the same as new application but make sure to attach a letter of explanation why you had to withdraw the 1st application.
