    It was only a few months but that does not matter. I had to apply to renew my PR because the Minister Delegate who was assigned my 44(1) report wanted me to do so. He clearly told me and my attorney that he would "No action" my 44(1) report if we apply for PR renewal and explain our H&C grounds...
