    Hi Group, I have submitted documents for the ADR in November by email. However I was able to link the application to GC Key without receiving AOR or any other information. Wondering if it’s okay would they still send AOR haven’t received anything yet. Does it mean it’s in process? Thanks.

    Doesn’t the financial evaluation form 5768 state electronically sign for point 8 under instructions for this form and Use of Representative as well to sign electronically which means typing the name is okay?

    I am filling the application on behalf of my parents. I will be submitting Use of Reresentative form and updating myself as unpaid representative and friend and family member (no 7) on form 5476. Would that work?
