    H1B stamping needed after moving to Canada

    Hi, I secured a new job and my employer is allowing me to work from Canada while maintaining my H1. I wanted to know if my H1 is approved while I am in Canada, do I need to get the stamping done, before I can visit the office in US? Or can I take the advantage of AVR if I want to visit my office?
