Hi Tina, do you have a lawyer? As the lawyer could push for an ADR as you and your ex husband came with skilled worker status. I would collect anything you can. From the time your application went in, from then on. what ever means of communication. your trips, pictures, proofs of people knowing...

Hi I just found out yesterday from someone else I know in this situation who had an ADR on 2 Feb. They had her ppt for a month and she got it back with visa 2 days ago. Hang in there any day now u should get yours

HI everyone...so my lawyer is charging 6000 for this whole thing as well. Last friday they faxd in the Appeal to the dept..I am in Toronto. So now...the lawyer says 3 to 4 months till my file comes back here. and then we will know after a while if we are getting adr or not. How long does it take...
