Yes -- we had the choice to have it delivered to Ocho Rios or pick up in Kingston......... as i said it is nearly immediate if it is in Kingston, so I told him to get his butt on a bus and pick it up. I dont want to wait another single extra day!

We did ours differently. We did pick up from DHL in Kingston.......... they said it saves 2 - 3 days of delivery. We went right into the DHL Visa office in Kingston and that is where he has to pick it up. They pick up directly from the Commission. So I am hoping it is done in an hour or two...
