    Thank you for your encouragement and advice to call. They finally released my positive NOD yesterday. Thank God first and thank you for your advice.

    Yes. I got my positive NOD yesterday just 5 days short of 5 months after my hearing but it was worth the wait. I thank God that finally I can live in peace here in Canada without fear of persecution if I was sent back home.

    Thank you so much for your response. My mom is PR and my brother is a citizen. So I think he can sponsor him?. Can a grand mom not sponsor an underage grand child?. Though my mom does not work.

    Same here. I have waited everyday since then everyday hoping that it could be the day only to end up dissapointed. I have contacted my lawyer but she is not responding. I don't know if it is right to contact RPD myself without her cos she once said that if I contact them without her, she will...
