    Its called COPR not ECOPR. You get ECOPR by signing into the PR portal and then getting virtual landing.     Yes. They cannot give you a visa date beyond the validity of your medicals because your medicals has to valid when you land or they may ask for another one. Medical is valid for just a year.

    With a guarantor, its faster. Do you not have a family doctor by now?. Thats the one most people use. Lawyer or cleric is also assessible although you may have to pay a lawyer but most cleric do not charge.
