That's calendar days. But they don't comply with those numbers so it doesn't really matter. It's the game of patience.

You never know. Many Dec 14th draw outland applicants have their application in progress for 100+ days. OINP is prioritizing inland applications and most of the inland applicants got their applications approved while for outlanders, only people who submitted in December have gotten approvals...

Not necessarily. I submitted my application on 26th Jan 2024 and it's still in "Submitted" stage.
