    I went to the border and asked and the CBSA office said you can flagpole with expired visa since you are within the confines of North America and not leaving the country ...That is what I was told and my friends have flagpoled with expired visa

    @peacezone ,I have similar issue ,please can you share if you flagpoled eventually or what you did as I have similar issue as both study permit and visa has expired and I am on implied status ...please share your experience on how you got out of the situation
