    No progress at all. The RMOA is boilerplate. The court is overwhelmed by immigration filings. Waiting time is ridiculously long. It’s just crazy how broken the system is and nobody gives cares.

    My lawyer told me eight to eleven months waiting time before a judge sees the documents and decides granting leave or not, after filing the record. The whole mandamus process can easily drag on over a year, if IRCC decides to fight back.

    My AOR was September 2023, and security started in June 2024. Silence since. Just filed mandamus with Lev Abramovich two weeks ago. Wish me luck.

    As long as you’re inland, expired medical will be renewed during security. I had mine renewed in January, and am still waiting for my security.
