When the status changes from Applied to In process, what does it mean? I have seen people getting nominations the day after it changes to "in process" and for some it's months. Does anybody know how the process works for BC PNP?

Additionally, removing my experience reduce my CRS score by 40 points. since I am getting 600 points for PNP that 40 points would not affect. So should I remove the experience from IRCC profile after getting nomination?
