i contacted the consulate a week ago and they sent me an email to do the second medicals yesterday but when to the IOM and showed them the email they said to leave my number and they will contact me. These people are so busy nowadays.

My medicals expired last December and they didn't ask me to do second medicals yet. Do you think I should contact IOM about he medicals?

I only one medical and it expired last December. I never contacted IOM, but you can send an email to IRCC and they will direct it to dar salam consulate.
