    Yes it is normal. I will suggest you to call Ircc. If you don’t get connection on first attempt try second time. I always get agent on second attempt. They can give you exact information.

    I believe it’s normal. I never received AOR. I was worried but I come to know some people don’t receive AOR. I think you will receive Eligibility letter or next step soon. If they need anything they will email you. Usually I receive email Saturday and Sunday morning.

    No AOR? I have applied February 2024. Received biometric on April. Today I received Pre Arrival. Did not receive AOR. It took long time for us because my partner had to submit some extra documents.
