    Sorry, is not this group for refugee pr applicants? I am protected person inside Canada but in the webform there is no option for that and the closest one is Humantarian and Compenssiate, shall I choose that?

    It is not only IRCC, other gov offices the same. I sent some socs online into my CRA account. After 2 month they sent me a notice that they recieved it and processing due is end of Dec 2025.
