I didn't appear for ILETS/CELPIP as it was not needed while processing PR. So for Citizenship language Requirement, I am planning to provide a .NET Bridging Program certificate as proof. It's from Humber College in Toronto and it is one of Ontario Bridge Training Programs. Is it acceptable?
