hi iha, i paid my PF and RPRF at the same time thru cc. it was dec 2011 when I submitted the complete package to CIO and during the time, it was allowed to pay the PF and the RPRF at the same time. so ADVO did not ask for it before the PPR.

Please note that there were too many changes happened on the immigration procedures after 2012. I am not even sure if my experience and timeline will be a good basis as of now. I think they will not return your file (hopefully). CIO will send you an AOR if the documents/forms are completed...

maazeeliansp, It takes time brother and depending on each case. Patience and more prayers will help but worrying will not. Believe me, I've been through the same stage and I understand how frustrating to wait...all you can do now is is leave it up all to God and everything will fall into it's...

maazeeliansp, I guess your files was sent by CIO directly to ADVO(that's why LVO doesnt have your file)... please give more time for ADVO to provide you the AOR or MR. hope you can hear from them soon... Just keep the faith and be patient.
