I reached out to my local MP for help on my application.They got that my application is in fact assessed and all stages have passed.On my portal it shows at final decision december 7th 2023,Application in progress and it doesnt show that the rest of the stages were passed.Its agonizing waiting...

So i have hope it wud come through Nah they not common law,they are married but in terms of school they are in the same class as my partner and doing the same exact diploma.

Thank you for the reply.Ah man,well i wud wait and see.6 Months is on the 17th of this month.I already have my visitor extension extended.One of my friend and his partner got it in 4 months.They came a month before me and he is an international student.

Ohhh,yah i did that they sent it in on january 10th.Still waiting.I have a question,were you common law or married when your partner applied for the permit?

Rechecked again she declared common law relationship.Our address wwhere we reside and everything notarized was also used towards her study permit

Uhmm that im unsure of because we used a immigration consultant for those things.They would of filled out those documents.When we entered canada we did state to the immigration officer that im her common law partner.She works rn and her study permit is finishing in 2025/07/18

Well we didnt provide bank accounts and lease.We provided utilities because we lived at her parents for 4 years and then we moved here.We had seperate bank accounts as we werent married as yet…
