Hmm thanks for the reply! I applied on Nov 8th walk-in at Brampton.. it’s been quite some time..I was expecting it between 6-8 weeks as per the timeline the lady at bls gave me.

thanks for your response! I will apply for evisa today itself. Any suggestions about the Oci collection? Is it required for both parents to go collect the Oci from bls? Or can a friend collect it when purolator guys come to deliver?

Minor Oci applied at Brampton; Status still says under process.. received acknowledgment on 13 December. Our flight is booked for 24th Jan! Please suggest if it’s worth waiting or should I apply for e-visa? Also how do we collect the oci when it’s ready?

Hi everyone! Applied for Oci for my baby on November 13. Acknowledgment on oci website Dec 13. We have booked tickets to India on Jan 24th. Status says Under process. Any chance we could receive it before then? Please suggest on what to do alternatively. Thanks in advance!
