If my fiancée and her child were here on a TRV and we married and she then applied for PR status, would her son be allowed to go to school here, and if so, would we need to pay international fees? Remember, we would now be married awating PR status for my wife. Thank you in advance.

I originally heard, from this website I believe, as I have seen no reference to IELTS on the CRA website, that all immigrants required passing the IELTS examination. This would make no sense for the TRV class, and I'm also wondering about the Family Sponsored class. Do either of these require IELTS?
