@SHENJUTI No I did not get the letter yet, I wrote a webform too but got no reply. I am doing the same, I am sending my mom with the old letter on the appointment date of April 23 and see if they take her passport to stamp visa on.

Hi @SHENJUTI I am doing well, thank you :-) Hope you are doing good as well. No I have not gotten the passport letter yet from IRCC for my Mom. My friend got the 2 letters for her parents separately on the same day. I am sure you will get the letter for your Mom soon.

Oh no problem at all, thank you and the others in this thread for keeping us up to date. I just hope IRCC issues me another letter because this will be the second time that I will be asking for one and lets see if our parents can actually submit their passport and get that visa stamp. Fingers...

@SHENJUTI I also followed the new link and got an appointment for my mother's passport submission on Aril 23rd but the letter I got from IRCC expires on April 10. IRCC took about more than 2 weeks to issue another letter so I think we should ask for another letter keeping that time in mind.

I wonder if most people are now just paying the brokers to get appointment with VFS like it is the new process. I do not even know anyone that has taken this broker route. What if these brokers take the money to produce a fake appointment text and email and then when we go to VFS they say they...

For the web form I submitted asking IRCC to issue another passport submission letter, they issued another letter with new deadline of April 11th. For the compliant I submitted I only got confirmation email saying they got my email and that was it.

Umm well how are these brokers able to book appointments online while we cannot? If VFS does not take any money and is not involved with the brokers then it makes no sense. The website is run by VFS and I have been checking every day since December 18, 2023 and I have not seen one single slot...

I did not hear back on the IRCC webform compliant, they just mentioned they got my compliant and no I also did not hear back from VFS. I am not sure what to do now. The deadline to submit mother's passport is April 11.

The travel agent that helped do my mother's visa application asked for 50,000 taka for an appointment with VFS, he mentioned all these agencies have contact with these brokers and they pay them as well.

I submitted the web form as well. Fingers crossed they investigate and do something about it.

Hi! Yes I will write the web form but there are quite few web forms and what should we choose when we fill in the form? Like will it be general inquiry or case specific or a complaint? Did the IRCC agent suggest anything?

Hello, I have been trying and @SHENJUTI you are right about the OTP, it asks for OTP every time now and then it takes them quite some time to send the OTP to my email so by the time I get OTP and enter it, it says incorrect OPT as that OTP is only valid for 3 minutes, how frustrating is this.
