    I know it is so stressful, but I just received an email from IRCC asking me to send my visa and pictures to a closer visa application center and make a payment for "Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) " is this normal? i never heard about the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

    Hello I received P2 a few days ago while I was outside Canada and I have till Sunday to submit it, however, I can't since I have to declare that I'm in Canada I informed them when I replied to P1 and emailed again to get an extension to reply to P2 but no one reply I can't come back soon...
