Does anyone know what happens when one of the accompanying members dies when PR application is in process? Do i still have to submit their documents even when they are dead?

IRCC asked for DNA on my biological child and i do not feel like giving it. Will this affect my application?

Update on this issue which i brought here. I managed to get my work permit in 47 days. Remember i applied when the permit had expired. Permit expired Nov 30th, I applied Dec6 2023 and i got my work permit in Jan 22, 2024. I applied to restore my status as a worker. Thank you for your advise.

Hi Ref, thank you for responding, the permit was expired and according to IRCC, i can not work until it is approved. I was told it will take about 130days.

A friend of mine received the same letter saying the invitation was fraudulent yet it was a genuine invitation, the host also wrote stating it was a genuine invitation but regardless of the explanations, she was sent another document saying her application had been refused and had been found...

Hello i am a protected person and had forgotten to renew my work permit. I submitted 6 days after my work permit had expired. Is it going to affect my PR application? I had already submitted my PR application in July2022. Has anyone gone through this similar issue please.
