Exactly! Having same issue with 'contact details' for an accompanying child. The fix was only applicable to the 'Personal details' form. I called IRCC moments ago to inform them that they fix did not work across board. But they insisted that it has been fixed and that I need to clear my cache...

Hey, how do you propose to use the webform option?? I'm asking because I know there is a limit to the size of document you can upload per time.... Are you planning to send multiple webforms? Also, will you just take screen shots of the application you already filled and upload on the webform...
