    Can I apply OWP

    what do you do once you have AIP ? It seems as though when applying for OWP it asks for expiry date of visitor status. And then says cannot apply. Should a future date be used to get to next step of applying?

    hi. Did you end up applying for OWP ?? My husband is out of status and just received AIP but when going to apply for OWP it asks for expiry date of visitor status and then says can’t apply. Should I just put future date? Thanks in advance!

    Received AOR but work visa expired, still able to apply for OWP without status?

    I’m also confused. They say that if you are out of status you can apply for OWP once you have AIP letter but then ask for expiry date. Did you end up applying for the OWP?? Did you put a future expiry date?
