    I think the fix is going to be on the 14th. On the sign in page it says that there will be a system maintenance on that day.

    The postal code is only visible when selecting "Canada" as country of residence. Selecting any other country keeps your application in progress.

    Same here. Raised both technical error in permant residency form and in webform.
