There’s a glitch that Immigration Canada is working on fixing now. A lot of people are in the same situation. It’s been going on for 3 days. IRCC posted that they are working in it.

IRCC is having tech issues. Their FB page says they are working on it. Other people are having similar issues after an update to the system that was donde 3 days ago.

IRCC is working on it. It’s very frustrating. I have 19 days left but I cant imagine how stressful it must be for people who have fewer days left!! :( they say they are urgently working on it. I hope tomorrow we have good news.

Hello, I have the same issue. IRCC posted this on their FB page today: “Some applicants are experiencing issues using the Express Entry Profile Builder and are unable to submit their application. We are working urgently to resolve the issue and apologize for the inconvenience.”

Same issue. I just noticed on Nov 7, 2023. So frustrating! I already reported the problem. Has anyone heard from CIC?

Hello, Same issue here. Personal details for accompanying spouse keep showing as in progress, but the section is complete. I had already uploaded all the documents and now I'm stuck in this step. I reported it. If more people are having this issue, I'm hopeful they will look into it asap...
