I spoke to the oath officer on the day of the oath as well. She said it might still take 2 to 5 days. I am on the 4th business day. Still there is nothing. Getting impatient and worried now.. :(

Hi, I am in the same boat. My oath was on 6 December Calgary Office. I sent the signed oath form on the same day and sent the copy. I also sent a follow-up yesterday from the same email id. I have travel plans and I was hoping that I get my certificate soon. But there's nothing yet. :(
