I already visited 3 countries after i came to Canada Last time i was in England for a week in October 2023, When coming to Toronto in CBSA they asked me a lot of questions regarding my visits. I dont know know if thats delay or not. But 3 months is longer.

No Clue, my file is stuck for months in security. But i am hoping to get my security completed by the end of December. For your case because its a newborn baby, likely they wont send comprehensive security screening. Regular check shouldn't take much time.
