I think going outside Canada would not be a problem. The main hurdle at this point is going back to Canada as a PR Card or a PRTD is required. Another work around though is entering through a land border which checks one's passport and work visa.

I agree. I sent an email and completed a web form yesterday. Hopefully, they take action soon when they see our emails (and when they realize not many people were able to submit photos yesterday).

I totally agree. I thought it would be smooth-sailing after the declaration of being in-Canada but I was proven wrong. Hopefully they fix this bug soon.

I also submitted a Webform Inquiry to IRCC aside from sending an email to the said address.

Yes, exactly the same. I was able to declare and share my address. I upload the photo, or edit and replace. But the NEXT is unclickable. The three options above are unclickable as well.
