It has been over 5 years now. They have not "filed" for Divorce however.. how can i prove they are legally seperated?

ah thanks for this. They are still legally married but "seperated". how do i prove this? I did mention that i believe on the application however.. I haven't mentioned that to him but i highly doubt he will go for the medicals. any other option? so if he doesn't go it automatically dismisses...

Hello guys, small dilemma here.. I did a quebec family sponsorship for my mom only. My dad doesn't want to come as well.. however they're asking for his medicals.. would that be a problem since he wouldn't do them?? Please help needed as i only have a few days to comply now.

Well he's from Africa.. he's from Cameroon as well.. and he's just had a story to explain how he had been persecuted.. how much of substantial evidence does he need? There's not going to be graphic materials or such.. you can't really prove you are gay beyond you saying so and/or presenting...
