    PGWP application with assault charges

    Hello, Has anybody ever experienced this before? I currently have a pending domestic assault charge ( Section 266 of the Criminal Code, with no bodily harm and no weapon involved). I plan to apply for my PGWP shortly thereafter. Can this pending case cause my permit denial? Thank you.
