No. Mine was like yours until it just got updated with the date juxtaposed to the "Final Decision". It shows "Final decision - February 9, 2024:"

Does anyone still have "Your Action is Required" status after submitting the Biometrics? I submitted my Biometrics on January 8th, 2024 but my status hasn't been updated. The tracker shows Eligibility hasn't started.

Just got an email from IRCC stating that the biometric receipt number I attached is invalid or used in a previous application so they cannot add it to my application. I am so confused right now. I used the receipt starting with 'R' that has the barcode and credit card info. Not sure what to do...
