If people affected by the cancellations get organized and contact media outlets and/or leading immigration lawyers, will it make a difference? Was there such precedent in the past? Any thoughts? Thanks

No update for me as well. My file passed everything over 3 months ago. I haven't heard anything since the cancellation on Aug 28.

My ceremony on Aug 30 was cancelled through an email I received on August 28, also citing "administrative error" and "mandatory checks". My file is being processed by the Scarborough office. I reached out to the MP, and awaiting their response. It seems to me that all these cancellations are not...
