It's email from IRCC "Missing Information". You need check your application and resubmit and resign it. If you have family case all application must be resubmitted.

Hi! The same boat!! Aug 24, Toronto. Family case. Online. Sept 27 got "missing information" letter, send back the same date all renew applications. Wait...... Do you have any news?
