Got it sorted. No passport required as long as they have other ID.

Do non-accompanying minors require a passport for the application? Specifically for the medical exam office as they are telling me they require a passport.

Is the medical part of eligibility? Or is it totally separate?

Yes I recommend docsbase. Tell them your docs are for immigration and they will make sure they are handled accordingly.

On GCKey under eligibility, it says: Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Doesn’t this normally say something about we will send you a message when we start reviewing eligibility? Or am I totally making things up here??
