Hey DNT2003, My wife got a call from CHC New Delhi at 4:28 pm from the same number indicated by Fprince. Hope this helps.

I don't know the exact time. My wife called me when it was 4:30 pm in India. So maybe between 4 to 4:30 pm India time. They just asked her to send the passport. I will confirm this from her.
