    I called them today. They told me that my file is already approved and that I have to wait for the Mexico office to send me the COPR letter, which It shouldnt take much longer.

    I've got the final decision in Gc key, and the COPR information in the tracker but I've yet to recieve the letter after 3 weeks. Is this normal? I am starting to get worry, I called them today and they told me that te application is still in process as I didnt get the letter.

    Thanks for the answer! Stamp with what? That's what I don't understand. For more context, Canada allows me not to have a visa given that I already have an American tourist visa. I am FSW outland.
