I think that is fake ghost update as we all got it, if it was an actual update , that one would reflect the real one which would have occurred on October 25th, as those are 2 days late. That one was probably some system update or some glitch update unfortunately!

Update of 29th September reflects the one for your test completed on September 27. It shows 3 days later.
