    I had received the portal 1 email on 13th July and then sent 2-3 reminders on that same email and finally received the portal 2 email with credentials on 27th July 2023. Submitted the photo and address in portal on 28th July 2023 and waiting for the eCOPR.. Anyone on the same timelines waiting...

    I received the email for portal 1on July 13th and replied on same day but till now I didn't get an email with portal credentials. VO is Montreal. Any idea on how much time they take.. Also I replied mine and my dependents details in a single email in response to the email. Is that fine ?
