Anyone know how long they keep your passport?

There were no available biometrics appointments anywhere in the US within our state or neighboring states or anywhere with a couple days drive! Yes we are quite close to the border so it was the closest anyway. It seems USCIS is not making it easy to get this done in the US!

Oh I see! It says Sydney. I didn’t realize there were different ones.

The sponsor approval letter says the application will be ´forwarded to a visa office for further processing’ But it doesn’t say which visa office.

Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean? We just applied online, not to a specific office.

Finally, some good news! Application submitted: May 22 Outland. USA, both sponsor and PA. AOR: July 27 (67 days, emailed to sponsor) Biometrics request: July 27

Hi all, new to this forum. We applied May 22 and still no AOR. Yet some that applied after us have already received AOR and beyond! Any idea what could be holding up ours? Assuming they go in order of application, could this mean there’s an issue with our file?
