Hello, while answering questions initially select outside of Canada and your home country. That will give you option to file for Visitor Visa. While filling form IMM 5257 Application for Visitor Visa select Canada and mention Canadian address. Hope this helps.

I checked my ircc account. Status changed to application in progress.

Applied on June 7th. No update so far.

I think they already issued new WP hence old one is inactive. I would suggest calling IRCC.
