I have been waiting for my Portal 2 details from VO - Montreal. Me and spouse are both already in Canada. I wrote to them again last week, after responding to their email on September 14th (portal 1). Not sure how much longer i will have to wait for portal 2. Any similar situations as mine?

Does the Indian-Canadian tension cause any delays or troubles with Indian applicants to receive their Portal 2 Requests?
