Normally you are not supposed to be treated differently as PR status and citizens can generally have loans up to 95% LTV. Temporary residents can only borrow up to 90% with a CMHC insured mortgage. BTW received the citizenship certificate this morning.

Same here. Got the AOR on June 8th, Background is still in Process. IDK what's happening, we'll see.
