Yes. PCC valid for a year. CIC ask that if you submit PCC along with your application should have 3 months old not longer. That is why during the processing time of your PR application sometimes they ask an updated PCC if it will take longer. :)

Hi, The CoPR is a document as a proof of status in Canada while waiting for the PR Card, however it is not valid for International travel. The PR card, which is the best form of proof of status in Canada and MUST be available for inspection when returning from trips outside Canada.
