Hi No they didn't acknowledge. just in my GCkey, on the additional document status they wrote (the additional document have been uploaded)

hey guys I submitted my federal application after receiving CSQ in December 2022. I have done Medical and Biometric and also received Pre-arrival in February 2023, then I was asked for CV and submitted in Feb-2023. Since then nothing has happened in my application! anyone knows what should be done?
