    Is eligibility (by any chance) depending on background check too? Like I have seen most of the people getting eligibility and background completed on same day and getting mail the next day!

    True no one knows, the timeline is from 4 weeks to 40 weeks and even more for some of us. But I think you should call them once or raise the webform to keep your file moving. Also ask about your VO that will give you an idea if it's working at their regular pace or there's some issue.
