    Landing in Vancouver, while destination in CoPR is Montreal

    we are going to land in Canada as a family of 3. Our category is Quebec investment. It says "city of dest. Montreal in our CoPR. (Category NV5 in CoPR, and IM-1 in our visa). But we prefer to land directly in Vancouver (and live at least a few months there). Is there a problem?
