Call at IRCC and request the agent to leave a note for the concerned officer. Tell him/her the dates you replied to portal 1 and to its second notice. In my case the agent herself helped me by raising a note.

I got it clicked yesterday from London drugs. They check everything before giving it to you. I was initially having the same issue related to brightness but the photo from London drugs was without any problems.

I got it on 6 July, replied on 9 July.

I am waiting from past 22 days!!

I called them today and the agent has left a note for the officer.

Received portal 1 on 6 July, replied on 10 July and now waiting for portal 2 since then.

Did you get an auto reply when you sent email on 26 July? Many of us who got second notice on 26 July are not getting auto response after sending email.

3 weeks past 1st notice. I got second notice yesterday and first one was on 6 July, though I replied to it on 9 July.

I also tried sending reply to the second notice twice but never got a response back. May be there are server issues. I am afraid they will start counting the number of days starting from the day we reply to the second notice. I am waiting from past three weeks!!
