I was finally able to get in contact with them and they said it was mailed June 15 (Oath was May 24 SKMB office). The tracker is still not updated since May 16. Little steps are still steps :)

I don't have that option as I am out of the country and the number is usable in Canada only. I appreciate the advice though :) I left a message on their webform in hopes I get a response.

Should I be concerned that it is 18 days since I took my oath and my tracker has not been updated for a month nor have I received my certificate?

Finished the oath on May 24th. Tracker is still open and has not been updated since the 12th. Edmonton office. I asked for the e-certificate through email and in the pre-ceremony identification on the day of the oath and they did not give me the option. Has anyone else from Edmonton around this...
